I have to echo a few of the other reviews here: The only thing worth eating is the chocolate malt - it's delicious Skip this place and go to Mickey D's. You know what you'll get there They could make this place so cool with just a little more effort. Lame that they have no french fries I had a grilled chicken wrap, which while tasty, was ICE cold. It tasted like they took it out of the refrigerator, cut it in half and threw it on a plate. Husband had a hot dog, which he declared "okay". How do you mess up a hot dog? I wanted to like this place to complete the Corvette experience with the plant tour and museum trip, but really, it would have to improve to reach mediocre.

This place is good for the shakes only. Stopped in here for lunch since we were at the museum. It was not very good. It's overpriced, and is about on par with McDonalds as far as quality. Except no fries, LAME! Eat somewhere else and just get a shake if you feel the need to visit the café. If they actually had good food and maybe even table service this place would rock. Until then eat out in town.

Terrible service at a place where you don't get much service to begin with - you order your food, find a table and bus your own food. We waited 20 minutes for the wrong order and then they didn't care it was wrong. Overpriced burgers that were just ok. Go to Wendy's down the street instead.

Look for specials they have on a sign just as you walk in. Today's special was burger, chips and a drink all for $7. I got my burger with every thing on it. This included tomato, onion, pickle, lettuce, and cheese. You can add the condiments like mayonnaise and mustard at the condiment station. I was happy. It was very good and I would come back in a heart beat. They have booths and tables to sit at. On the tables are corvette information and pictures you can read while dining in. It is big enough for groups of people. Oh yes, drinks are served in bottles just like in the photo. They also only have Pepsi products.

I visited Bowling Green for the Corvette Homecoming this year and couldn't resist the Cafe named for my favorite car. Really was in the mood for a burger and fries, but I guess they don't have a fryer. Bummer. The chips that they offer as a side were not a satisfying substitute. My burger's patty was tiny and came served on a big stale bun. This place may be cool for just grabbing a shake and hopping on their wifi, though.

The experience was cool, food ok. My husband had a cheeseburger which he liked with chips. I had a chicken salad which was good and quite allot. I tried a chocolate malt that was totally awesome. The '50's diner style was really quaint too-neat things to look at while dining. It's a nice place to go while visiting the National Corvette Museum.

The wraps my husband and I had (chicken Caesar and jalapeño chicken) were well done and tasty. Priced well for the amount of food. There is much potential for a diner-like experience. Add fresh made salads, French fries as a side item option, maybe a couple signature menu items, waitstaff, corvette themed packaging and fountain drinks and you've got a classier overall experience.

This place takes the prize for the most pathetic lunch spot ever. Do yourself a favor and eat at the Golden Arches as they have higher standards for what passes as food. The salad came out covered in cheese when we specifically asked for no cheese. My roast beef wrap had all of one single slice of roast beef. The wrap tasted like cardboard and the cucumbers in the salad were rotten. Don't waste your money here.

You have to order from the counter and pick it up yourself. I would have thought a place such as this would have a waitress. We are sharing a burger. Will let you know how it tastes. Wasn't really all that good. Dissappointed in the café.

The phrase "captive audience" comes to mind when I think about the Corvette Café. Fresh from spending all morning touring the National Corvette Museum, we proceeded to the cool looking, 1950's style diner at the other end of the building for lunch. Our first clue that we made the wrong choice was how slowly the line moved. Once we finally made it to the head of the sluggish line, it was a good thing that the restaurant only offered a simple menu of items, as the cashier was indifferent at best, and looked genuinely irritated when we asked a couple of questions about the combo choices. Our orders placed, we proceeded to the tables, selecting the least dirty and sticky one we could find. Then we waited for our food. And we waited. And we waited some more. Once our orders were finally up, we then understood why it took so long for our food to be ready, as the cook no doubt needed extra time to cook every last bit of juicy flavour out of our hamburgers. Likewise he or she probably needed to sharpen the blade on the ice-chainsaw that was needed to cut the stone-cold chicken wrap in half. Additionally for the price we paid, we were disappointed by the small portion sizes, especially since the café's cheeseburger was smaller than a Quarter Pounder with Cheese from McDonalds, but cost twice as much. Really the only good thing I can say about my experience with the restaurant is the fact that I was finally able to order a Pepsi somewhere! For over-priced yet under-sized food, uncaring wait staff, and dirty dining room, I rate Corvette Café as No Thanks and definitely will NOT be returning.

Two Pounds of Suck in a One Pound Bag Desperate for some food on the way home to Nashville from Mammoth Cave, we stopped at the Corvette Cafe, which is part of the Corvette Museum. Now, I'm not into muscle cars, but the restaurant is separate so you can dine there without going into the museum. It's decorated kind of like a 50 ' s diner, but without any of the charm. No shakes. No ice cream. No root beer floats. The menu is small and the pickin's are slim. Kids' menu consists of a hot dog, grilled cheese, mac n cheese or pb&j. Adult menu has a burger, a few sandwiches and a salad or two. Side dishes are fruit salad or chips. I get the feeling they're not preparing anything fresh back in the kitchen. My burger had been frozen earlier today and was brought up to temp in a microwave. The only thing less charming than the food was the service. There was a lethargic girl behind the counter. When I came in, she greeted me with "how are you? " I answered, "I'm well. Happy 4th of July." A moment passed and then she mumbled, "I'm don't know what's so good about it." Oh, red flag, I often see you and wish I had the smarts to act when I do. Bottom line: Corvette Cafe gets 1 star for "if you need to refuel, keep on going to the next exit."
